When you add your product to your cart, you have an option to upload a logo. In most cases, we require a vector logo (all elements converted to lines/paths) with all fonts converted to outlines, sent as a PDF, EPS, or AI file. Don’t have your logo ready or have a file too large to upload? No worries – you can reply to your order confirmation with your art or send us a link to your fileshare service (Dropbox, Hightail, etc.). Otherwise, a member of our team will contact you within 1 working day of placing your order to obtain your artwork if it hasn’t already been sent.
For orders placed online, we accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal Checkout. Prefer to pay via a check, ACH, or wire transfer? We can help you with that! Give us a call at 800-658-9014 and our team will be happy to help you out. Please note, production will not begin until payment is received. If you have an account established with Identity Works and you would like us to release your order on your established terms, please contact your Account Manager and they will be happy to help you!
All production times start from art approval. From the time you place your order, payment, and print-ready artwork, please allow 1-2 days for us to evaluate your art and provide a virtual proof for you to approve, confirming art size, placement, and imprint method. Once your proof has been approved production will begin, and we will provide you with an estimated ship date and delivery date based on your location. Delays in providing print ready artwork or approving your proof will push back your ship date. All shipping dates provided online are estimates based on current production schedules.
Currently, any orders shipping to IL, MN, UT, and WI are charged sales tax based on the delivery zip code for any applicable state, county, city, or jurisdiction taxes. If you are tax-exempt, please contact us before placing your order – we will request a copy of your state sales tax exemption to keep on file and will update your account accordingly.

At this time, AbnormalSwag only accepts orders online shipping to US addresses. However, we can ship most products to most countries. Please submit a quote request for international orders or orders you need to ship outside of the USA. Please note, we require all payments be sent in USD, and additional duties and taxes may apply.
